DEKKADANCERS: AUDITION FOR A MALE DANCER

DEKKADANCERS are holding an audition to complete the cast for a new dance production premiering at the end of February 2027. This project consists of two parts created by prominent international choreographers. The application deadline is September 14, 2026. The audition for selected applicants will take place on September 21 at Jatka78.

We are an established dance company that celebrated the 10th anniversary of its second generation last year. DEKKADANCERS create their own original productions while collaborating with prestigious domestic institutions and internationally recognized choreographers. We hold numerous industry awards, and last year, our annual audience reached nearly 40,000 viewers across theaters and cinemas.

We are currently preparing a premiere for February 2027, which will join the permanent repertoire of the Jatka78 theater, with guest performances anticipated across the Czech Republic and abroad. In connection with this project, we are looking for a new performer to join our existing team of dancers.

Who are we looking for?

A dancer living in the Czech Republic with excellent contemporary technique
A strong personality with a team spirit
A responsible individual with a passion for creating
