We’re auctioning art on Jan 31 at Jatka78! 👨‍⚖️

On Saturday, January 31 from 5 PM, the Dekkadancers will take up the gavel and the auction will begin at Jatka78 Gallery.

Unique color prints from Pavel Hejný’s exhibition DEKKADANCERS SLAVÍ, marking the company’s 10th anniversary, can become a striking addition to your art collection.

The auction will also be an opportunity to revisit the stories behind the photographs and to support the continued work of an independent dance company.

You can view the photographs right now at Jatka78 Gallery, where they will be on display until February 8, 2026.

 

Pavel Hejný
Lürzer’s Archive magazine ranked Pavel Hejný among the top 200 best advertising photographers in the world. A recipient of several prestigious awards in photography and creative work, he spent many years working as a photographer for the National Theatre in Prague. It was there that he met Tomáš Rychetský and Viktor Konvalinka, who later invited him to co-found DEKKADANCERS. He likes to say that if he hadn’t become a photographer, he would certainly be doing something useful.
